Where is it?
Bled is located practically in the center of Slovenia, about 50 km from the capital, Ljubljana. If you are staying in Ljubljana, it will take approximately 1 hour to get there, since communications are very good and you can go by train or bus. However, the highway is the best option. We recommend that you visit Lake Bled on a trip throughout Slovenia and take advantage of one day to sleep in a special accommodation near the lake.
